With experienced procurement staff on the ground we have the ability to cover all areas of the North and South of Ireland. This means we can secure the best the best cattle there is to offer. We also select a number of cattle throughout other plants on a weekly basis. Most of the cattle processed are also from our owns farms of which they have been reaered from birth so have full farm to fork traceability.
Dry Aging
Hewitt Meats boasts an on-site dry aging facility or chamber that is specially designed to provide precise control over the aging process.
